Turnaround Time

Standard Service: 3–4 business days
Expedited Service: 1 business day (additional fee applies)
Turnaround times are based on business days and begin once your injectors and completed paperwork are received. The turnaround times listed here are typical but actual service times may vary. Please check the “CURRENT TURNAROUND TIMES” bar in the header for the most accurate current time estimate.

Return Shipping Options:
- $10 Flat Rate USPS Priority Mail (up to 8 injectors, no rails)
- $18 Flat Rate USPS Priority Mail (more than 8 injectors, no rails)
- $45 Express Mail (up to 8 injectors)
- FedEx/UPS available at market rates upon request
Insurance:
We strongly recommend adding insurance to your shipment. $1.85 will be added for every $100 of insurance coverage you request.
Shipping Disclaimer:
InjectorRx is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments once your package is with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping carrier.

Payment Policies

We accept the following payment methods:

No personal checks accepted.

PayPal Customers:
Include your PayPal email address and contact number with your injectors.

Credit Card Customers:
You may either:

Provide your credit card information securely on the information sheet, OR
Simply sign the authorization section and we will call you for payment once your injectors are ready.

Return shipment may be delayed if complete payment information is not provided.

Warranty and Liability

Warranty:
All serviced injectors come with a limited warranty covering workmanship. Please see our Warranty Page for full details.
Liability:
InjectorRx is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, misuse, or shipping-related incidents.

Service-Specific Policies

Fuel Rails and Throttle Bodies:
We also offer ultrasonic cleaning for fuel rails and throttle bodies when sent in with your injectors.
HPDI, Direct Injectors, Optimax, and E-Tec/Ficht Injectors:
Special handling and service times may apply. Please see individual service pages for details.
