Maintain optimal performance in your Yamaha HPDI engine with InjectorRX’s Fuel Injector Cleaning & Flow Testing Service. Each injector is carefully cleaned and flow-tested to ensure proper spray patterns, preventing engine misfire, poor fuel efficiency, and uneven acceleration. Every order includes a detailed flow report for transparency and confidence.
REQUIRED GASKETS: Each HPDI injector requires 2 base gaskets at a cost of $10 per gasket. Please select “Yes” in the “Gasket” option to the right if you would like InjectorRx to provide these gaskets.
Mail-In & Shipping:
Customers ship pumps to InjectorRX. Return shipping is included in the service price; outbound shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
LOCALS: Save on shipping costs. Yamaha HPDI fuel pump rebuilding services in Houston, TX and surrounding areas are eligible for in-person drop-off and pickup. No shipping required.

InjectorRX fuel injector cleaning services include professional inspection, precision testing, and expert service performed by experienced technicians. Depending on the option selected, injectors may undergo ultrasonic cleaning, flow testing, and performance verification to ensure proper fuel delivery.
Depending on the service, customers can choose from three service options:
• Flow Testing Only – injector performance is tested without cleaning (offered for Standard and Direct injectors only)
• Standard Turnaround – full cleaning and testing with normal processing time
• Expedited Service – priority one-day turnaround once your injectors arrive
After placing your order, simply print the order confirmation form and include it with your shipment. Carefully package your injectors by following our shipping instructions and ship them to our service facility using the shipping carrier of your choice. The shipping charge on your order will cover return shipping once your order is complete.
Yes. Customers are responsible for shipping injectors to our facility. The shipping option selected during checkout covers return shipping only, which is the cost to ship your serviced injectors back to you.
